Borrower Information
You can apply as an individual or a business!
We will need:
- Last 3 years' tax returns
- Purchase agreement
- Updated financial statement
Collateral Requirement
- Having enough collateral to secure your loan will improve the approval process! Here at JCCCU, we can use items such as equipment, real estate, livestock, and grain.
Loan Closing
- We understand time is important. We offer electronic loan document signing via email/text, so you are able to stay out on the farm. Signing in person is always an option too!
